We are known for having a Beautiful Course with a backdrop that includes lakes, fountains and well maintained streets. It’s our Post-Race After Party that really heats things up. There is a reason that people stay at this event long after all the medals and prizes are awarded.

THE SWAG
PERFORMANCE SHIRT All race entrants receive our commemorative T-shirt. The FIRST 1,200 are guaranteed to receive our premium tech shirt.
EXCLUSIVE RACE MEDAL All race finishers receive a custom designed, full color, die struck medal with custom matching ribbon. The top 3 finishers in EVERY AGE GROUP receive a large sized custom medal that will be the envy of others.
GRAND CHAMPIONS
The top overall Men and Women finishers receive custom embossed glass trophies and gift certificates from our vendor partners.
AGE GROUPS
14 & under, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65 to 69, 70 & older.

RACE DAY PARKING
Road closures begin at 6:15pm. Arrive early. Free parking is available at the 800 Waterford Way parking garage.
PACKET PICKUP
Packets that include T-shirt, bib and more can be picked up at FootWorks Miami beginning on October 26 until November 1.
Packets can be picked up on Race Day at the registration tent beginning at noon.
CORPORATE TEAMS & TENTS
Get your corporation involved! Create a corporate team, rent a team tent, and have it catered. Corporate teams have the option to pay for all of their employees. Turn the Waterford 5K into a team building exercise. Then party the night away with your coworkers to build morale and camaraderie.
Tents include a banner with Company Name, table, and chairs. Choose from: 10×10, 10×20 and 20×20. Additional tables and chairs are also available. Get your tents by first creating your team, then clicking on Products. Tent orders due by Thursday, October 27th. Tent locations will be posted online on Wed, November 2nd. Please note: Team tents are for team gathering and post-race celebrations and not for promotional purposes to market or sell your product/services. If you’re looking for a vendor tent, then contact us for information.

REGISTRATION TRANSFER POLICY
At TeamFootWorks, we know life doesn’t always work out as planned. That’s why we want to be one of the first race production companies to offer free registration transfers! If you cannot make the Waterford 5K for any reason, contact us at 305.666.7223, to transfer your registration to a friend or family member. Please have their first name, last name, and email address ready. The deadline to complete transfers is Friday, October 20.
HEAT WARNING
Temperature/humidity can be high in South Florida. Participants should drink plenty of fluids(non-alcoholic) for 48 hours prior to, during and upon finishing the race. Beware of heat-injury symptoms (Dizziness, no sweating, nausea, cramps, redness, incoherent speech and thoughts). Seek immediate assistance if symptoms occur. Wear loose, light colored clothing.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Race Management reserves the right to postpone or cancel the event due to events out of Management’s control such as a natural disaster or other emergencies. Management may also alter the course and distances for the safety of the athletes.
